Mark Miller has been the agent/owner of the agency since 1979. His grandfather founded the agency in 1946. Mark received his Real Estate Broker license in November of 2004. Mark is a graduate of Illinois State University. He has lived his entire life in the Colfax area. He and his wife Jan have two children.
Becky Carden has been with the agency since 2002. She obtained her Property and Casualty license in February 2002, her Health license in September 2002, and her Life Insurance license in October 2002. Becky is married to Rick Carden and has two children and two grandchildren. She has been in the Colfax area for 21 years.
Megan Harris has been with the Miller Insurance Agency since November of 2003. Born and raised in Streator, Illinois, Megan moved to the Bloomington/Normal area to attend school at Illinois State University. Megan has been a licensed Property and Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance agent since 2004. Nothing makes Megan’s day more rewarding than saving someone extra money on the auto and home insurance. Megan and her husband, Jeff, reside in the country outside of Colfax.
Jon Miller is a full time student at Illinois State University majoring in Business Administration. Jon received his Property and Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance licenses in June of 2007. He specializes in Personal Lines Auto and Home.
Samantha Wyant has been an Agent with Miller Insurance Agency since 2004. She focuses mainly on group and individual life and health business, although she is licensed in all lines. Samantha, her husband, and their 3 daughters live in rural Cooksville. They enjoy spending time with grandparents and cousins and especially any activity that gets them outdoors. She is a member of the St. Patrick’s Church of Merna and an active supporter of Ridgeview Elementary School where the oldest daughter attends. The younger two are very lucky to be looked after by both grandmothers while Samantha works. This summer Samantha plans to spend a lot of time with the girls by Grandma Weber’s pool!
